ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I make a booking?
If you want to book Casa Buenos Tiempos, please click on the booking page the period in which you want to stay in the villa. Then enter your personal data and press the confirm button. We will contact you within two working days.
Is my booking immediately final?
After a request for reservation we will contact you within 2 working days. The booking is definitive if you have received a confirmation by e-mail.
Can you also book for a different period?
In principle, the villa is let from Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August. Outside this period the arrival and / or departure date can be flexible. If you want to request a different period, please contact us.
Are there additional costs?
Additional mandatory costs are cleaning costs, energy costs, bed linen and towels. Also a deposit of 500, - Euro has to be paid to the manager. This will be refunded after departure with deduction of any additional costs and costs incurred by the tenant.
May more persons than the maximum number be booked?
It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of people that you have booked. Children are included in the maximum number of people. Exception to this is 1 baby (up to 2 years) if this is indicated in advance.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are unfortunately not welcome.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Please contact the manager to arrange the arrival or departure times. Arrivals after 22 hours can be charged extra costs.
How do I have to pay?
After the booking has been confirmed by e-mail, you must pay a deposit of 30% within 3 working days. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 6 weeks before departure at once. If you book within the 6-week period, the entire amount must be paid at once. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The details for this transfer can be found on the confirmation that you received by e-mail.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel the booking, please contact us. Up to 6 weeks before arrival you pay 30% of the rent, then the entire rent, excluding the additional costs.
If I have a complaint on the spot, what should I do?
