Description Villa
The villa is situated to the South, quietly and privately. El Portet beach lies on a 2 minute drive from the villa. The center of Moraira is only 4 minutes away. The garden is flat and very spacious and offers a great view on the sea and on a green zone as well. The driveway offers a broad and easy access tot two cars. It can be closed by a gate. The pool is kidney shaped (3,5m x 8m) and has a depth of 2 m. On request there can be placed a childproof fence. The spacious garden provides several seating’s, 2 big sun umbrellas, sunbeds, 2 Love Seats and a big dining table with chairs. There is also an outdoor shower available and a barbeque area.

More information
The villa is suitable for older people, pets are not welcome, it's forbidden to smoke inside and large groups of young people are not welcome. A car is not necessary but can be useful. The Swimming pool can be surrounded by children's fence and there is an outdoor shower. Inside the villa is spacious and luxurious with a modern decor. It has built-in wardrobes in de bedrooms which are equipped with high quality beds. There is air conditioning up and down and in the bedrooms are fans.
