Moraira and its immediate surroundings have plenty of activities to participate, including: hiking, cycling, karting, fishing, diving, tennis and boat rental (including organized boat excursions along the coast). Moraira also has three golf courses.
Furthermore, Moraira offers a diverse range of well-respected, child-friendly restaurants, cafes and bars. Because of the fish market in the village, different restaurants offer different dishes with daily freshly caught fish.
Various parties are organized in Moraira, including the village festivals in July. Different stages offer live music. Fireworks are being chipped and people in costumes are parading through the streets.
In the center there are several boutiques and shops. On Friday there is a large market on the large parking lot in the village. You can buy traditional Spanish pottery, leather goods, jewelry and clothes.
